Course Title: Physical Education 11 B
Course Length: 3 Marking Periods
This program will focus on team-oriented sports with an emphasis on moderate to high level of skill and competition. The weight-training portion will focus on establishing personal goals in addition to teaching the correct technique for core athletic lifts and strength development. Team sports will include skill development, game play, and game strategy. Activities for this selective include flag football, ultimate frisbee, softball, volleyball, indoor soccer and weight training.
